At The Berm, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide clear photographic evidence of the issue, including the product and packaging.
  • If approved, we will offer either a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
  • We do not refund shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions

  • Final sale items, customized or personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect storage or misuse by the customer.
